Parameters and characteristics of the Storage Services offered in SFs and GSFs

Pursuant to the provisions of clause 2.6. Storage Code version 001 (“Storage Code”), GSP publishes the parameters and characteristics of the Storage Services offered in:

GSF KAWERNA

1) Parameters and characteristics of Storage Services in GSF Kawerna:

a. names and numbers of the Entry Points and Exit Points – link

b. information on lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins:

• The lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins shall be 4 hours.

c. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be injected, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the smallest volume of Gas that can be injected is 307.2 MWh/h.

d. information on the time needed for the GSF Kawerna to be completely filled, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technical capabilities, the complete filling up of GSF Kawerna takes 167 days.

e. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the minimum volume of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn is 438.9 MWh/h.

f. information on the time needed for GSF Kawerna to be completely emptied:

• The time required for GSF Kawerna to be completely emptied is 52 days.

g. current characteristics for the injection and withdrawal of Gaseous Fuel for Firm and Interruptible Storage Services, presented in graphical and numerical form, including an editable table in an Excel file (until 6:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024) and table in an Excel file (effective from 6:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024 and period Tariff No. 1/2024 part A) and table in an Excel file (effective for Tariff No. 1/2024 part B), table in an Excel file (effective from 6:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025

GSF SANOK

1) Parameters and characteristics of Storage Services in GSF Sanok:

a. names and numbers of the Entry Points and Exit Points – link

b. information on lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins:

• The lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins shall be:

• 26 hours after a downtime period longer than 14 days or after the Autumn or Spring Maintenance Downtime Period;
• 10 hours after a downtime period longer than 72 hours;
•  5 hours in other cases.

c. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be injected, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the smallest volume of Gas that can be injected is 526.7 MWh/h.
• The SSO reserves the right to reduce the Gaseous Fuel injection rate by 5 MWh/h in case of reduced availability of Gaseous Fuel transportation capabilities in the Transmission System, and in such case this shall be promptly notified to Storage Customers in the forecast referred to in clause 4.1.1.8 Storage Code.

d. information on the time needed for the GSF Sanok to be completely filled, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to the technical capabilities, the complete filling up of the GSF Sanok takes 157 days.

e. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the minimum volume of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn is 109.7 MWh/h.

f. information on the time needed for GSF Sanok to be completely emptied:

• The process of complete emptying of GSF Sanok takes 190 days.

g. current characteristics for the injection and withdrawal of Gaseous Fuel for Firm and Interruptible Storage Services, presented in graphical and numerical form, including an editable table in an Excel file (until 6:00 a.m. on May 14, 2024), table in an Excel file (effective for Tariff No. 1/2024 part A and part B),  table in an Excel file (effective from 6:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025

2) Information on Working Volume, Injection Capacity and Withdrawal Capacity for Long-Term Storage Services and Short-Term Storage Services in GSF Sanok:

• Bundled Unit
• Flexible Bundled Unit
• Unbundled Storage Service
• Reverse Storage Service in the form of a Bundled Unit shall consist of:
• Working Volume 200 MWh,
• Injection Capacity of 0.120 MWh/h,
• Withdrawal Capacity of 0.120 MWh/h
• Reverse Storage Service in the form of a Flexible Bundled Unit shall consist of:
• Working Volume 200 MWh,
• Injection Capacity ranging from 0.060 MWh/h to 0.120 MWh/h,
• Withdrawal Capacity ranging from 0.060 MWh/h to 0.120 MWh/h.

UGS WIERZCHOWICE SF

1) Parameters and characteristics of Storage Services in UGS Wierzchowice SF

a. names and numbers of the Entry Points and Exit Points – link

b. information on lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins:

• The lead time required to proceed with the execution of Nominations or Renominations counted from the moment when the processing of the Nomination or Renomination begins shall be:
• 14 hours after a downtime period longer than 14 days or after the Autumn or Spring Maintenance Downtime Period;
• 10 hours after a downtime period longer than 72 hours;
• 6 hours in other cases.

 c. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be injected, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the smallest volume of Gaseous Fuel that can be injected is 1,645.8 MWh/h.

d. information on the time needed for the UGS Wierzchowice SF to be completely filled, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to the technical capabilities of the compressors, the complete filling up of the UGS Wierzchowice Storage Facility takes 138 days.

e. information on the smallest quantity of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn, considering technological capabilities:

• Due to technology considerations, the minimum volume of Gaseous Fuel that can be withdrawn is 438.9 MWh/h.

 f. information on the time needed for UGS Wierzchowice SF to be completely emptied:

• The process time required for the UGS Wierzchowice Storage Facility to be completely emptied is 105 days.

g. current characteristics for the injection and withdrawal of Gaseous Fuel for Firm and Interruptible Storage Services, presented in graphical and numerical form, including an editable table in an Excel file (until 6:00 a.m. on May 14, 2024), table in an Excel file (effective for Tariff No. 1/2024 part A and part B),  table in an Excel file (effective from 6:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025.

 2) Information on Working Volume, Injection Capacity and Withdrawal Capacity for Long-Term Storage Services and Short-Term Storage Services in UGS Wierzchowice SF:

• Bundled Unit
