Current SSP Code version 005 effective from  6.11.2023 

In connection with the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of October 17, 2023, ref. no.: DRR.WRG.748.3.2022.IWa approving the Storage Code version 001 (“Storage Code”), Gas Storage Poland sp. z o.o. informs about the introduction of new Terms and Conditions of The Storage Services Platform version 005 dated 24.10.2023 (“SSP Code version 005”) and templates of forms and declarations related to registration and using of Storage Service Platform.

SSP Storage Code version 005 becomes binding on the date of entry into force of the Storage code, i.e. on November 6, 2023 at 06:00. From the above dates SSP Code version 005 replaces The Terms and Conditions of The Storage Services Platform (version 004) dated 10.12.2020.

The changes in the SSP Code version 005 were introduced in to adapt their content to the Storage Code, therefore no previously applied rules or key provisions have changed.

The changes include:

• adapting the definition to the wording adopted in Storage Code,
• removal of references to SSP functionalities that are currently not available,
• shortening or deleting some provisions, including those regarding the Auction Procedure and the Application Procedure, in order not to duplicate the content of Storage Code, all the main rules regarding the course of both procedures are included in the Storage Code.

Moreover, it was clarified that the SSP Code version 005 are based on Art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services (“SUDE Act”) and includes the provisions required under Art. 8 section 3 of the SUDE Act

If any discrepancies between the content of the SSP Code version 005, and the Storage Code occurs, the provisions of the Storage Code shall prevail.
