On 13 December 2024 was published in the Industry Bulletin of the Energy Regulatory Office – Gaseous Fuels No. 112 (2909) the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. DRG.DRG-2.4212.40.2024.AG of 12 December 2024, with approved “Amendment No. 1 to Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2024„ established by Gas Storage Poland sp. z o. o.

“Amendment No. 1 to Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2024„ came into force on 1 January 2025.

Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2024 of Gas Storage Poland sp. z o. o.

As of 14 May 2024 the “Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2024” came into force. The Tariff was established by Gas Storage Poland sp. z o.o. and approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in the decision No. DRG.DRG-2.4212.10.2024.AG of 29 April 2024.

Pursuant to the decision of President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the Tariff for the period until 31 March 2025 has been approved, and the rules for its application have been specified as follows:

1. point 3.3 Part A and point 5.2 Part A apply throughout the entire period of validity of the provisions which extend the period of delivery of the total volume of mandatory stocks of natural gas accumulated in storage installations, to the gas transmission system to 50 days;
2. point 3.3 Part B and point 5.2. Part B apply starting from October 1, 2024 in the event when the provisions which set the maximum period for delivering the total volume of mandatory stocks of natural gas accumulated in storage installations to the gas transmission system at 40 days are reinstated.

In view of the amendment to the regulations providing for the extended 50-day period for the withdrawal and delivery of mandatory stocks of natural gas to the gas transmission system, Part A of Tariff No. 1/2024 will remain in force after October 1, 2024 (Part B will not enter into force).

On 15 December 2023 was published in the Industry Bulletin of the Energy Regulatory Office – Gaseous Fuels No. 127 (2791) the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No. DRG.DRG-2.4212.51.2023.AG of 15 December 2023, with approved “Amendment No. 1 to Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2023” established by Gas Storage Poland sp. z o. o.

“Amendment No. 1 to Gas Storage Services Tariff No. 1/2023” came into force on 1 January 2024.
